Badminton
This indoor class format is primarily open play, with instruction available. Plastic shuttles provided, but bring a racket. Families are welcome, however students 17 years old and younger must have a parent/guardian also enrolled and participating with them. -
Belly Dance Fusion Fitness
Tone muscles and burn calories while moving your body to an eclectic mix of music! Drills and combos that are based on belly dancing and folk dancing will be featured along with the Tai Chi principles of grounding and balance. Classes are non-impact and self-paced, all levels are welcome. -
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is for those who would like to access the benefits of yoga without having to sit, kneel or lie on the floor. This class is done seated in a chair and standing by a chair that can be used for support. Participants may also choose to remain seated for the entire class. We will practice gentle, fluid movements to promote circulation, alignment, flexibility, balance, overall strength and deeper, smoother breathing. Mental effects include mind-body awareness, improved concentration and a sense of well-being. Use of light weights is optional. -
Deep Stretching
This class will focus on stretching the hip flexors, IT bands, hamstrings, shoulders, back, chest and legs for increased range of motion, flexibility, relaxation and relief of sciatica, back pain or injuries. Bring a mat to class. -
Pickleball - Beginners with Instruction
The fastest growing sport of the last decade, Pickleball is a court sport played with a whiffle ball, net, and paddle. It’s slower paced than tennis and played on a smaller court the size of a doubles badminton court and it’s lots of fun! Best of all you don’t have to be a great athlete to play well! Doubles play only, we will match partners for competitive matches. Instructors reserve the right to move players to different class levels if necessary based on player’s demonstrated ability. There will be some paddles available to use or bring your own.. -
Pickleball - Independent Play
This Pickleball class is for all levels. For those who have no experience, join the instructor to learn the fastest growing game around and for those of you with experience, play independently with others. Players will rotate during the round robin type play. Limited paddles available to borrow or bring your own paddles. -

Pickleball - Intermediate
This class is designed for players who already have knowledge of the game, understand the rules and have previously played Pickleball. The instructor will facilitate rotating players on the courts. Must be at skill level 2.5 or higher to participate. -
Pickleball - Intermediate/Advanced
This is an independent play Pickleball program for high level Intermediate and advanced players only at skill level 3.5 or above. Formal instruction is not included in Independent Play, but individualized attention is available from the instructor to players on an as-needed basis. -

Pilates Barre Fusion
This hybrid workout class will include the fat-burning format of interval training, the muscle-shaping technique of isometrics, and the long lean look of Pilates. Your posture, flexibility, core muscle, balance and muscle tone will improve with each class. Bring a mat and one set of three to five pound weights to class. -
Shotokan Karate
Shotokan Karate is a Japanese martial arts system developed as a means of strengthening the mind, body and spirit. Karate training is structured to provide all around strength, coordination and agility for the body along with improving mental discipline and focus. Karate has something for everyone including physical fitness, self-defense, the excitement of sport and personal enrichment. No special equipment or abilities are required. -
Small Group Personal Training
This class offers the benefits of a certified national trainer without the high cost. A trainer will take a small group though a personalized workout program. Each class will focus on cardio and strength interval training, using free weights, weight machines, medicine balls, kettle balls and more. Join us for a high-calorie-burning, strength-building, personalized workout! -
Walk Live Fitness Program
Leslie Sansone’s Walk Live fitness program for health, fitness, and weight loss is perfect for you! This aerobic walk class is conducted using the indoor walking techniques established and proven through the success of Leslie Sansone’s Walk At Home programs. Walk Live allows participants to walk 3 miles indoors in a group setting. Class promotes flexibility and range of motion. Please bring 1-2 lb hand weights to class. -
Yoga
Yoga develops a deeper awareness of your inner self and promotes mental, emotional and physical well-being. You’ll be guided through slow, precise poses accompanied by deep breathing to tone, strengthen, stretch and relax the body. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat. -
Yogalates
Incorporating the principles of both Pilates and yoga, this course promotes harmony, strength, flexibility and balance for mind and body. Other benefits include loosening stiff joints, correcting poor posture, improving blood flow, strengthening your core and creating longer, leaner muscles. Open to all levels. -
Zumba Gold Toning
Zumba Gold Toning is a low-impact dance workout incorporating all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. Bring a set of one to two-pound hand weights (optional), water and a towel.
