Sweet and Savory Scones
In this hands-on class, you'll dive into the delicious world of scones--exploring both sweet and savory varieties. Learn essential techniques for mixing and shaping tender, flaky scones as you create one sweet option (like fruit or chocolate) and one savory version (like herbs, cheese or both!). You'll leave with fresh baked scones, detailed recipes, and the skills to recreate them at home anytime.
