Winterland at Wrigley Field & Christkindlmarket
Celebrate new and old Chicago holiday traditions. At Wrigley Field, home of the Cubs, step onto the field and see the stadium like you never have before. Decorated spectacularly for Christmas with an ice skating rink, decorated Christmas trees and other breathtaking holiday scenes, it’s a sight to behold! Just outside the park, shop for holiday crafts and gifts at Christkindlmarket Wrigleyville, an enchanting and inviting holiday village. Our tour begins in the afternoon with a tradition going back 115 years as we visit the former Marshall Field’s State Street store, now under the Macy’s brand. Here you have free time to shop and see the store’s traditional and memorable Christmas displays including the famous Great Tree in the Walnut Room. Step outside to take in the splendor of the always popular holiday window displays. For lunch it’s a Ho Ho Holy Cow Christmas at Harry Caray’s flagship restaurant in Chicago’s River North.
