Your garden has yielded a bumper crop of fruits and vegetables--and your friends and neighbors can't take anymore.  So what are you going to do with the surplus?  Mark Lyons, an experienced garden coach, will review a number of ways that can be used to preserve the harvest through the winter and maybe even beyond.  It will cover canning, freezing, dehydrating and winter storage techniques.

Mark Lyons childhood interest in gardening sprouted into a lifelong love that he now enjoys sharing with others. He has been with Community Education since 2013. Mark is the founder of Green Thumb at Your Service where he can share his knowledge and inspire people to grow their own food through his classes.
