Creating Healthy Balance is a 2 part series aimed at helping you become more balanced, resilient, and in control of your life and your emotions. Topic areas include stress management, mindfulness, time management, boundaries, self-talk, self-compassion, gratitude and self-care. Each session will provide you with assessments, techniques, and tools to help create balance and tackle problem areas. Every session will allow some time to share your perspectives and growth areas with fellow group members. By the end of the series, you will gain a better understanding of your strengths and how to best utilize your assets. Together with the seminar tools and strategies, you will have everything you need to destress, decompress and nurture yourself.
