There is more to dairy than just milk. In this class you will learn how to turn that milk into wonderful treats such as butter, cheese, buttermilk, creme fraiche, and Devonshire clotted cream. This class is primarily informational, but students will have the opportunity to make their own butter in class. Students choosing to participate in the hands-on-portion of the class will be asked to bring a small list of ingredients and supplies.
